Dear Ms Delaney,
Almost two weeks ago, I e-mailed you the letter and map below expressing concern that your organization, “The Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario”, is promoting an untruth. Neither your organization nor your activities are located in “Western Ontario” nor do you provide a service to the many communities, businesses and consumers who are located here in Western Ontario.
Your website recommends:
“Before you file a complaint, be sure you have made an effort to settle your complaint directly with the company by contacting the owner, manager or someone in authority with the company.”
This is my second attempt to seek such a resolve with you in your capacity as President of the incorrectly and misleadingly named Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario.
I would appreciate the courtesy of a response in this matter.
Thank you for your timely attention to this request.

Yours truly,
Cuyler Cotton,
Kenora,
Western Ontario"

I admire your optimism. Where do you buy your helmets?
